Eastern Africa Region Green Hydrogen Symposium

EACREEE is pleased to announce the inaugural Eastern Africa Regional Green Hydrogen Symposium, taking place from 14 to 15 May 2025 at the Emara Ole-Sereni Hotel in Nairobi, Kenya. The event is hosted by the Governments of Kenya and Germany. This edition will bring together 250+ key players, including government, financial institutions, the development sector, civil society, and other stakeholders, to accelerate the growth of green hydrogen across Eastern Africa. This special edition will be carried out in close collaboration with the East African Centre of Excellence for Renewable Energy and Efficiency(EACREEE)

The symposium will feature high-level panels, technical sessions and networking opportunities, including a pre-event day on 13th May with side events such as B2B matchmaking, a green shipping round table and a Women in Green Hydrogen cocktail
